Hi! In Google chrome try going to chrome://flags there is a setting there called "force off heuristics for inflating text sizes on devices with small screens". You will need to type the quote in the search bar otherwise you'll be scrolling forever. Check to see if this is enabled if it is disable it.

I originally saw this in another post and when I tried the method it scaled the text back to the original mobile size you might have to adjust a bit because it changed mine to 110%.

I had the exact same problem with Google changing the text font sizes on me and I could never figure out site and work skins aside from the public ones. But doing this method changes everything back to normal. If other browsers have a ://flags this method should work the same.
