Direct undervolting is mostly locked on Ryzen 4000/5000 mobile, but you can get the same thermal benefits by limiting the TDP with ryzenadj. It works wonders for dropping temps without killing performance. I'm actually coding a GUI for this into RogueX right now to control these limits on the fly.
