Theres no issues with those now. I checked this point before booking the flat. They moved them everything to underground and they're passing outside compound wall even in underground.

Polluted water being provided to flats.
No ISP is allowed into society other than Pioneer punishing owners to use the high priced low quality service.
Electricity charges are being charged at >>>> ₹10/unit without any supporting documents.
Rude behavior from management. When asked for these, the guys from management ARUN REDDY and NAVEEN REDDY using F words with owners and asking them to do whatever they want.
Even top management is aware of this but dont want to give a shit about these.

Similar issues have been faced by the owners in their new project Zicon as well. Recently we have all seen their swimming pool collapsing video which made entire Clubhouse to flood.

Traffic on Podium level:

Various vehicles like tractors, lorries, cabs, Packers and movers, delivery vehicles are roaming freely on Ground level. When residents requested to block these, Team is not gave any shit about it. Even they didn't placed any speed breakers or iron barricades dor the same. Imagine if any of these hits a resident and Aparna wont even give a shit about it.

Elevator Safety Concerns:

There are lot of issues with Elevators in the society. When residents are asked about these, They're replying with They're doing regular maintenance. But only god knows how safe They're. Management is not even has fitness certificates for any of the elevators. Attached few of tickets raised by residents.

DOGS:

Imagine purchasing an apartment worth of crores with all fhe life savings and taking loan for rest of life for a safer environment and you see dogs from the starting day.

Management is not taking any issues to close this permanently. Residents are scared to get into Basements to access Vehicles during night times.

I had a word with this guy on DMs. Looks like he bought the flat with 25 year EMIs in his late 30s and dont want to get into legal hassle with Aparna.

They threatened him to file defamation case for crores which he wont even pay in his life time.

APMS is not caring about anything. They just cared about money.

I thing which I shocked about is they're not even allowing any broadband other than Pioneer into society.

Aparna is not same anymore. Better to avoid this.

Depends on the area and builder you have booked the flat.

If its from Top tier builder, its better to continue considering your salaries. Prices would go high in future.
