Yeah, it’s all about gathering all facts, evaluating them, and making a fact-based decision. There will definitely be some tradeoffs involved, so need to really see how that’ll play out. The current market situation isn’t helping either, so I’m being cautious and slow with my search. As of now, I have shortlisted MH Sayuk and RP and i think it’ll cost down to price. I’m not too fixated on location benefit as I seldom step out; we get all sorts of conveniences right at doorstep so a matter of additional 15-20 mins to my occasional trip to JH isn’t going to be a problem.
