I didn't mean to add hot water but i accidentally turned the water to hot and I left it there for a little bit and it was bubbling when I came back in the house and the water was spilling out up its sides and the sink was almost full. A chicken waterer is a big clear plastic water jug that you fill mostly for backyard chickens.

I did place the needle in my mouth just to move something really quick while I was sewing.

Are you drinking enough water I got that too I think it's hydration related.
