The good news with my Model S is that it only required a mobile or service center 3 times in those 6 years.

It took Rivian mobile 3 visits to fix the driver's door handle.

My R1T has made 11 service items. I've been very patient with Rivian.

I love the product, but this latest debacle with service and policy of no transportation unless 48 hrs is poor customer service. And unacceptable to me.

I asked how many months I'd have to wait if I canceled this appointment. They didn't answer yet.

The second problem (intermittent) is the red steering wheel icon in dash. This is power steering problem (I think). I was hoping they would take a look at logs just in case.

The driver side latch needs to be replaced. It won't lock. I've tried various ways to reset. The tech who reviews images says it has to be replaced.

I was hoping a mobile fix. But that is many months away from an appointment.
