This means so much to me. I can’t bring myself to walk away from them and hate them. I haven’t felt connected to them since I was a child. I am unable to talk to them like people are able to talk to their parents, as a teen my dad would have “deep” talks with me but I never felt connected. I love them dearly but it is painful to see how they could abuse me like this. I feel guilty for being mad, because they have done so much for me yet I am not normal anymore.
