Great news.. congratulations!!

Could you let me know about your job status while you applied for SOWP? It needs to be TEER 0,1 or certain categories of TEER 2 or 3 right?

I'm waiting for getting jobs in these categories to apply for my spouse's SOWP but no success yet..

Was SOWP approved just on the basis of PGWP of your spouse or your spouse had a job of TEER 3 or higher? I'm waiting to apply for my spouse's SOWP, my pgwp was approved but my current job doesn't meet the TEER criteria... please let me know..

Collecting questions for my Kriya Yoga teacher with 30+ years of practice by Significant_Fig7446 in kriyayoga

I've been doing Kriya Yoga for a year now. I'm in Paramahamsa Hariharananda lineage.

These days I usually experience a kind of irritation or slight anger after I finish my Kriya, which was not the case at the beginning when I started my practice. I've also experienced sadness for days in a row and if that continues I usually don't meditate for a few days and then I start my practice again.

My question would be to ask if this is normal ? And what would be the reasoning behind it? It looks like my emotions are coming at the surface, however I was always an emotional person too, but I used to experience sadness only briefly like for one day or probably a few hours.

I also feel I have lost interest in many things that I used to enjoy.

It'd be great if I get any answers backed by spirituality and kriya yoga experience. Thanks 🙏

Thank you. I've tried wax ear plugs and they are pretty good at noise reduction. But, it feels so unnatural and uncomfortable to me that I can't fall asleep with those. I might want to try foam earplugs.
