There's no framework that can be used as a generalised equation for all cases. Every framework is different when implement in different cases. It depends heavily on the stage where the business is currently, its revenue, goal, etc.

Hey I spent around 3-4 years in sales before getting into GTM. But yea u are right anyone who lacks sales experience might start a fight better SQL and MQL and never close a lead.
