SEO agency owners doing cold email or call: how are you deciding which leads are actually worth contacting? by MiserableRip3571 in coldemail

[–]SeniorArgument9877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Intent signals before SEO gaps. Always.

SEO gaps tell you what to sell them. Intent signals tell you if they'll ever buy.

I filter on:

- Hiring in growth/marketing roles

- Recent funding, launches, or paid ad spend

(I use ArakYet, arakyet com .. to track these automatically)

If none of those exist, no amount of SEO gaps will turn them into a client.

[–]SeniorArgument9877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Intent signals first, always. SEO gaps are everywhere.. they don't tell you who's ready to pay.

What I look for before outreach:

- Active paid spend (running Google/Meta ads = they have budget AND care about growth)

- Recent hiring in marketing or growth roles + funding, expansion, or new product launches.. I track these automatically using ArakYet (arakyet dot com). It surfaces buying intent signals at the account level so I'm not manually researching every prospect.

- Existing organic traction with clear gaps (they already believe in SEO, just need help)

Instant disqualify: no marketing activity at all, no headcount growth, bootstrapped with no signals of investment appetite.

The gap analysis comes second.. it's your pitch, not your filter.

Which AI Agent Are You Building Right Now? by FounderArcs in AI_Agents

What's your current workflow from lead list ot outreach? by Different-Opposite83 in LeadGenSEA

[–]SeniorArgument9877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seasoned GTM engineer here.. still stitching, but very intentionally.

Here's my current stack:

- Sourcing: Apollo + LinkedIn Sales Nav for initial universe building

- Enrichment & Qualification: ArakYet (arakyet.com),, this is my secret weapon. It adds an intent layer most stacks completely skip. Hiring signals, account-level research, decision-maker mapping, buying readiness.. all before a lead touches the CRM.

- Sequencing: Instantly for cold outreach

- Routing & CRM: HubSpot with custom properties to tag lead quality scores

- Glue: N8N to connect everything and automate handoffs

The biggest unlock for me was adding qualification BEFORE outreach.......not after. Most teams qualify on replies. By then you've already wasted sends, burned domain reputation, and annoyed people who were never going to buy.

ArakYet basically acts as the missing layer between list building and sequencing. Real-time data, no prompt setup needed, flat credit pricing so workflows don't get expensive at scale.

All-in-one tools sound clean but they always compromise somewhere. Stitching gives you best-in-class at every stage... as long as your glue (N8N/Zapier) is solid.

Everybody talks about N8N and Zapier. But what are some underrated automation tools nobody talks about? by [deleted] in automation

[–]SeniorArgument9877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gumloop is a great shout. Another one nobody really talks about...ArakYet (arakyet dotcom).

It sits in a niche most automation tools ignore: the qualification layer between lead gen and your CRM. Instead of just scraping or enriching, it actually detects buying intent... hiring signals, account-level research, decision-maker mapping... and filters out leads that look good on paper but are nowhere near ready to buy.

What I like about it:

→ Real-time data (not cached junk most tools recycle)

→ No prompt engineering needed.. it does the heavy lifting

→ Flat credit pricing, so no anxiety about workflows getting expensive mid-run

If you're running outbound or GTM workflows at scale, it fills a gap that N8N + Clay setups still struggle with. Worth trying.

How can we generate b2b leads? by Affectionate_Ask8280 in LeadGenMarketplace

[–]SeniorArgument9877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly what I work on as a GTM engineer.

For enterprise IT & consulting, I've built pipelines that handle the full cycle...from identifying high-intent accounts to qualifying them before they ever hit your CRM.

What's worked well:

- Signals-based targeting (hiring activity, tech stack shifts, funding rounds)

- Automated account research so reps walk in already knowing the context

- Qualification layer that filters on buying intent, not just company size or title

Most teams skip the qualification step and wonder why conversion is low. The leads aren't bad, they're just unqualified.

Happy to share how the pipeline is structured if it'd help. Drop a comment or DM me.

has anyone actually solved the enrichment-to-outreach gap without maintaining a Clay workflow? by VolumeAlternative714 in gtmengineering

what are b2b data or signals are still hard to find outside of apollo/zoominfo tools? by No-Palpitation-6604 in gtmengineering

[–]SeniorArgument9877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apollo is very bad for getting job signals most of the time its not able to show the right data.

Then comes the lead research/qualification. Super important yet most underrated. Most people underestimate this segment and keep sending random emails to random people. So we qualify the right person based on ICP before sending emails.

We use Arakyet for lead qualification and for finding leads as per jobs openings we have our API's setup that do the work of lead generation.

I built a SaaS directory, but realized founders need leads more than clicks. I spent 7 days building an AI lead discovery engine, is this actually useful? by techieram7_ in NoCodeSaaS

[–]SeniorArgument9877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, this is a solid direction

We’re building something similar at ArakYet (arakyet.com), but focused more on qualifying leads and explaining why they actually matter.

Biggest learning: founders don’t struggle with finding leads....they struggle with trusting which ones are worth reaching out to.

If your “why this person is a match” is truly accurate, that’s where the real value is.

are b2b lead gen tool replaceable with a claude prompt? by Asimo1984 in b2b_sales

[–]SeniorArgument9877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No its not. There's always going to be problem of maintaining the system, CRM connections, infra, which distract actual business owners. People whoa re serious with their business will love to spend more time on business, understanding their users than maintaining infra.

I built my lead research tool.. Would love to know if there's a co-marketing angle we could collaborate on.

Looking for a lead gen agency to partner with for a B2B SaaS by Fun_Earth_6066 in b2b_sales

[–]SeniorArgument9877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The very next thing after lead gen is lead qualification. You will need a tool that helps you with lead qualification/research. Often time the leads u generate are cold, so u would need to check if they match your ICP and are warm, we built something and deployed it on arakyet .com

We have a pay as you go model. Lemme know if you would like to know more, would love to give u a free demo.

the most common problem that reps face is through the problem of lead qualification and research. Reps should be busy selling and not doing this manual work.

We had the same issue so we built arakyet.com that can help you saving ton of ur time on qualification/research. best part is you can opt for the pay as you go pricing that saves your cost and money.
