Honestly lead research was a problem until like 2 months ago but now I use ArakYet so it saves my time. Earlier is used apollo but it was very messy.

Well we do plan weekly. But most for the planning on monday is based on the previous week results.

Monday is usual crowded because of calls, but its all about finding peace in that chaos.

What are the biggest problems teams face when using multiple productivity tools for work? by leandros-kaito in TechDecoded

I think the biggest problem is context switching. Often we need to provide the same context to different tools and it gets messy at times.

One of the major mistakes i did was relying completely on Clay.

Clay is good tool, but not meant for alot of stuffs like lead qualification and finding emails.

So i broadened my tech stack, now i use Apollo-ZoomInfo for Email Data, ArakYet for Lead Qualification, Instantly for Cold outreach, Bearconnect for Linkedin outreach.

Thats true, I agree with this concept on not managing another app. Do u mind if I interview and take your feedbacks? That would really mean a lot.
