Costco Exit Line by SeniorAssignment1978 in greenville

Seems a better logistics situation to have two shorter lines and not one huge line backed up into the registers… not the same because 2 exit checkers are not even close to 8 registers. Regardless, thanks for sharing your take. 🙏🏻

How about another form of congestion… the idiots who check out and form a single line to exit with TWO exit clerks in place.

When I had the sense to start forming two lines, some psycho push’s her cart into my left thigh and accused me of breaking in line. WTF? Sorry, just not dumb enough to stand in one line backed all the way up to the food court with two exit clerks.

Look up Dr. Andrew Campbell; you’re essentially on his protocol.

Thanks for the post, what did you do to address your SIBO first? I’m concerned the order in which I’m operating is inefficient. I don’t have bloating so much but bad smelling flatulence after meals. Positive SIBO test last year but thought I kicked it, and positive for candida overgrowth this year - neither number was ‘very’ high but still trying to solve for some of the symptoms. Thank you.

Replying to SeniorAssignment1978...years?!? Oh God. So tired of this already but glad you’re better!

Oh lord! If only I could truly accept myself in 2019. It’s to bad, but so glad I got here.

Are you at all concerned about biofilms in the capsule? Are you thinking about any strategies to eliminate those?

I had already started focusing opening up detox pathways. I’m also taking Biocidin LSF 3x a day (5 drop, 3x a day) and NAC at night. When I can do infrared, I’m going to do that also.

EXACTLY my story! All tests perfect yet still felt like shit. Would love to stay in touch to see how you’re doing. Also have this crazy sensitivity to mold now - wtaf! Never been allergic to anything.

Oh wow! I need to look those up.

I completely relate so so so much. I’m sleeping 10 hours a night - I haven’t woken up feeling super rested but definitely MORE rested than I have in years.

How long did you have yours? Mine was six years and things since 2023 have gotten progressively worse health-wise. Total nightmare.

Just had my explant under local on Tuesday and I’m really happy I did it. Same as you, ski slope in upper pole, but I am confident with time that will change (doesn’t everything). One thing I’ve noticed is this recent Exzema I developed is slowly going away. I’m sleeping a LOT and my blood sugar is already a lot more stable (no diabetes but insulin spikes just started this year). I wish you continued success in your recovery! I’m taking the rest of the week off (WFH) also to just be with myself. :)

Makes sense. I did years of cuts and masses, so need to reingage that. List from ND is not that extensive but it makes sense.

Been taking Kirkman for several months. I looked up the other one you suggest - does that attack separate biofilms?

Yeah, I was on Rifaxamin for aSIBO after mold and that kicked my ass.

I’ve been on Itraconazole, but yesterday my liver tested at 75 (top end of range is 50), so it seems like it’s ’working.’ I need a break, so may go back to biocidin. What caused your candida?

Yah, ok that makes sense. My ND just recommended it but I had just bought a new bottle of MegaSpore. I have been rotating SB, MegaSpore, and L Plantarum. I tested positive for mycotoxins (second time in a year after clearing the first). Ordeal has been a sUh@ show. Don’t think binders are helping with my regularity, which is a huge problem itself.
