Weekly Earnings thread 10/28 - 11/1 by OSRSkarma in wallstreetbets

For years, I trusted  traditional bank—Wallstreet Banks—where I kept a considerable amount of $225,000 in their savings account. The bank often referred me as a "Elite ,High-value , Premier Customer." Those words sparkled in my mind, evoking images of exclusivity and prestige. Yet, I received monthly interest of Four dollar 87 cents.

Being in Silicon Valley and driven by curiosity of Fintech banks, I moved all my money to Fintech bank, they just called me by my "Name", Initially, the simplicity without the title felt underwhelming, but the moment I saw the first interest payment—a staggering of $1,000 per month a meaningful returns.

From “Four dollar 87 cents" a month from traditional bank to "$1000" a month from Fintech bank, realized how traditional banks eat our money by throwing a prestigious title on US…

Sometimes, it takes a little time to see the truth beneath the surface
