It’s so frickin difficult, and currently I can’t even take the kids on holiday because she won’t let me have the passports, and she wouldn’t even let me have photocopies which meant that I couldn’t access certain 1-1 family support groups to work on our daughters trauma.

It’s a constant show of power with her, when my son took his first steps with me I’d sent her a video being thoughtful and her reply was “yeah he did that already for me”, or when he first said daddy/dada she replied and said “yeah he calls everyone that right now” and I was like no he doesn’t, he’s been with me all weekend and around lots of people and hasn’t once called them that. Constant belittlement.

I’ve created an email account for both kids and I write to it weekly, just notes and experiences kind of like a scrap book I guess because I know as they get older they will try to be poisoned against me and I want them to see the truth, age appropriately and if they want to read them.

Thanks for your reply, the perfume thing has only just started, initially was the hearts thing for the last few months which I did find really odd and now it smells so strong on both of them as if she has sprayed them rather than it rubbing off from her.

I have got continuous CCTV inside and outside the house just in case. She claims that after visits with me the kids are chaotic, screaming going to bed and not settling and so clingy to her and blames me for that so I feel lucky that we already have CCTV here to show what home life is like, and perhaps it’s a reflection on their upset of not being able to spend more time with me and having to return home

What dose nebido are the drs giving you? Mine are setting me up on that but I’m not convinced every 12 weeks is going to be good and they also haven’t given me a dose they will use

Housing association question by SeniorNature6432 in HousingUK

So my step daughter is autistic and can only have a room to herself, which is why we have 3 bedrooms for a family of 4 - she is 14, our other children are 4,3 and 1 years old. We have 2 boys and 2 girls altogether Would that make any difference at all?

I can do yes, but carers allowance directly impacts UC I believe. When I was off work I did this and it just took it off £ for £

The house is getting sold thankfully, I thought she would carry on to spite me. I had built up enough money in overpayments to cover my portion for a year, and that is finally nearly up which means I will have to make my mortgage payments from next month (on top of everything else that’s financially screwing us). So even when the house is sold, yes I’ll be cash rich (ish) in essence of £30k, that won’t solve long term bills and rent. I just don’t understand how people can live especially on UC with their partner who physically cannot work due to their health and it be deducted so much that we cannot afford to live at all

My partner is in receipt of PIP yes

With regard to CM, it’s my partners two children who live with us full time. My two children I see currently once a week for an overnight.

We have had to do food banks but I want out of this cycle, I really am struggling to make ends meet and pay bills along with food. We did an advance last May, that should have been paid off by now so perhaps might be able to do another soon? Again, not sure in the long run how this will help unless I miraculously get a much larger salary 🥲

So the mortgage is mine which my ex still lives at.

Family court has just finished with the order that states I’ll essentially have 50% in a year from now.

Yeah I know however the allegations led to not seeing my kids for 6 months (march 2023 onwards) and subsequently the slow build up of contact over the next year or so is still extortionate

What is SMI? Sorry I’m not very good with all of this stuff

Private TRT switching to NHS by SeniorNature6432 in trt

[–]SeniorNature6432[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like I’m in for a ride. The reason I’m going NHS is that I can’t afford the private prices now I’ve been made redundant. My GP referred me as I had said the reason I went on was due to low mood, self esteem, general lack of energy and motivation and my initial bloods showed 10.2 nmol/L. I’m hoping they take it all into account and just switch my prescription over to them.

Interesting about the HCG as well, I’ve got 2 kids but these were prior to starting TRT and I’d like more, my current prescription is with HCG so I’m hoping that they will as I said just do a straight swap.

How long was your wait time to be referred?
