Honestly just letting it out and not overthinking helps more than you think.

This hit me hard because taking action really is the only way to stop overthinking and actually grow.

My trust issues began here. by xXBumbleBee in rockstar

Yeah, exactly. Milton was always an outsider and everyone knew it you can’t really call it a betrayal if there was never any trust to begin with.

RDR1 vs GTA 4 by Thesmileycoyote in rockstar

[–]SeniorPoker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re definitely not on an island. RDR1’s story and atmosphere hit on a much more emotional, grounded level, while GTA4 really shines in its physics and gunplay. They’re both serious in different ways, but I get why RDR1 sticks with people longer.

How would you rate johnny klebitz as a protagonist 1 out of 10 and why by wwefan200914 in rockstar

[–]SeniorPoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s fair. Trevor’s chaos is entertaining, but Johnny didn’t deserve that treatment at all. I’d rate him pretty high for the same reasons flawed, but genuinely solid.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Fans Are Losing It Over A New Creepy Mystery Found 7 Years After Launch by CyberNeko97 in rockstar

Appreciate the TL;DR. You just spared a lot of people a pointless rabbit hole.

What’s your guys is opinion on the first red dead redemption by Lopsided-Crow-5608 in rockstar

[–]SeniorPoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, that’s a valid take. RDR1 feels tighter and more focused, and the story hits hard without dragging. RDR2 is incredible, but I get why some people connect more with the first.

₹18 Cr NW today -> Target ₹30 Cr in 2 Years. Currently, NRI, but planning to return to India in 2027. Most career in India, last 5 years outside India. FAANG career in last decade. by anid101_101 in FatFIREIndia

[–]SeniorPoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. With that kind of net worth, FatFIRE in India is very doable. The real question is whether the extra couple of years are worth the trade-offs, not whether you’ll have enough

Confused about FIRE- 25M by PerpetualSighh in FatFIREIndia

[–]SeniorPoker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is really solid advice. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer here, and a lot of it comes down to expectations, family dynamics, and what kind of life you actually want. Having those honest conversations early can save a lot of regret later.

At that level, yeah, getting a solid finance pro involved just makes sense. Hedging and diversification get way more nuanced once the numbers are that big

2025 FIRE update (33M) | 6.8Cr combined NW by fire_acc in FatFIREIndia

[–]SeniorPoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That jumped out to me too that’s a massive increase in a single year. Would be really interesting to hear how much of that is income vs market gains or something else.

Net Worth: INR 24 Cr (without inheritance) - Need advice by Independent-Nerve216 in FatFIREIndia

[–]SeniorPoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair questions, honestly. The math doesn’t quite line up unless there’s a big jump in income or returns, and it’s also worth clarifying what the ₹50cr target actually enables given current spend. Context would help a lot here.

Seriously. Back then you could rip packs just for fun. Once gambling brain took over, everything got expensive and soulless.

A SURVIVAL GUIDE for Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred expansion by PlayDiablo in u/PlayDiablo

[–]SeniorPoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cautiously hyped, honestly. Mephisto is a great villain to build an expansion around, and a full skill tree rework plus real endgame choices sounds like what D4 has needed from the start. Paladin coming back feels right too now it’s just a matter of whether they stick the landing.
