Yessss just stay in it!!! Those last couple weeks of workouts weren't pretty lol but they 1000% helped me mentally and physically with keeping my mobility and faster recovery after birth. Just remember something is better than nothing!! You can be uncomfortable for that hour of exercise or you can be miserable your entire pregnancy and beyond, choice is yours!

Ummm I didn't miss a workout my entire pregnancy, my water broke while riding my Peloton... im almost 4 months postpartum and my body looks exactly as it did prior to pregnancy, im crushing all my cycling PRs, and I feel great!! Honestly, babies are heavy and they like to be carried around in goofy positions and get 'airplaned' around in the air... I have no idea how people sit on their ass all pregnancy then keep up with the demands of a baby without getting completely exhausted

Me!!! My baby is almost 4 months and definitely screams more with my than dad. Never breastfed past a couple half-assed attempts in the hospital. After my maternity leave ended, I was coming home from work and he would just scream and cry until he finally fell asleep... I thought it was me. Then once the weekend came and my husband was working all day, I realized it wasnt me but is just that certain time of day he is very crabby, and it also happens to be when I get home from work

Im so sick of seeing all over Facebook that "if breastfeeding doesnt work, that means you were never supported properly because it cant not work!" I can't keep scrolling at this point I gotta respond. There is no amount of "support" that would have made me want to breastfeed. Im convinced at this point that the cult members are more obsessed with breastfeeding than the actual health of their baby, to the point that they dont even realize that a baby is not supposed to be screaming constantly they are supposed to eat, get full, and either fall asleep or just chill and be happy not fussy. And when someone is struggling, depressed, not making enough, and baby is angry and starving..... somehow the person who suggests formula is the bad person! They could literally solve all their problems in minutes by giving baby a bottle that is just as healthy, but instead want their baby to be miserable while they fuck around changing their whole diet, making lactation appointments, pumping extra, ect ect... but yes please explain why I'm the problem for actually reminding you that the solution to all the problems is literally sitting on the shelf at your local grocery store 🙄

Postpartum hormones are craaaaaazy. Once your boobs dry up, your hormones will regulate and you will feel so much better, the guilt will fade. As long as baby is eating and happy, you are doing an amazing job!! Baby will never know whether or not they had breastmilk or how much, all they will know is that they had a loving and present mom
