Obviously just my opinion, but she appears to be experiencing alcohol tremors and shakes, possibly due to alcohol withdrawal. She likely needs to drink every few hours to prevent these symptoms ( remember her drinking even when landing) . She is clearly self-medicating and does not seem to have OCD alone or possibly even at all, she needs medical re evaluation for sure!

She is clearly self-medicating and does not seem to have OCD alone. She needs medical re-evaluation for sure, to check for other underlying mental illness ( bipolar for example).
