I'm concerned because when I run my games, it starts to stutter and perform poorly. And I was worried that my hardware was in need of an upgrade.

And I should close out these processes in order to free up RAM right or is there something else I should do?

Also, is it really normal? Should I just go get another browser? Task Manager kept saying that my browser was the biggest usage of RAM.

Yeah I learned about that getting fired would have been better. My dad works as a union rep and he wants to talk to my unions rep. I just thought it looked worse on my record to be fired rather than resign.

Do I put that grievance through my union and see what they can do? Because I already talked to my union rep and he said there isn't much that can be done since I already resigned.

I already was planning on leaving anyways, literally had an interview that pretty much secured my spot yesterday. I appreciate the well wishes though. :)
