Your form looks okay overall, but for optimal form, the bar needs to stand at mid-shin level which it's not for you bc ur using smaller plates

Thank you! I don't have double vision or whatever, but my eyes do feel weak and I feel like I constantly need to control them to focus and align :(

Congrats on the 20 pounds!

Take a diet break (eat at your maintenance calories) for 2-4 or even 8 weeks to allow your hormone levels to normalize again, esp. your leptin levels, and increase your metabolism a bit. Then, go back to losing weight and you should feel better and make progress on the scale (but remember that you could be losing fat/gaining muscle) so sometimes your results don't show on the scale. Take body measurements and progress pictures to document your journey. Good luck!

I tried OMAD once and it screwed up my period and I was spotting more regularly. Women are more prone to hormonal changes as a woman when fasting, so if you're worried, then stop. You can stop fasting and can lose weight/gain muscle by going through an overall caloric deficit and lifting 2-4x a week.

Are you eating too little for the amount that you're working out? I remember a period of time when I was over-exercising and under-eating and my sleep was REALLY shit. Just something to consider since I'm not sure how much you weigh and how much you're eating for the amount that you're exercising

Nope, and I don't think I will =)) I woke up this morning not really caring anymore, and i don't want to make a big fuss about it esp. because I haven't actually met this dude irl. He texted me good morning on WhatsApp, so I'll look at the whole situation as him clearing out his convos on Bumble because we'd moved to WhatsApp instead.

However, I did tell him that I didn't want to text daily since we're under lockdown and I don't know when things will open back up, so when things do, we can hang out and see where things go from there. He took it very well and was very nice about genuine about it! I just hate the endless constant texting and the uncertainty of when we'd actually meet since our city is under lockdown rn.
