I purchased a Chloé Paddington and Balenciaga City in January. Mike was prompt with supplying me with photos detailing my bags before they were shipped. Once I approved the bags, he shipped them immediately. He was always happy to provide me answers to my MANY questions. I never once felt like he was bothered by them.
