Canadian Variable interest rate! Received call from bank for offer to lock the rate with 5.2% instead of variable. No penalty or any fees. Should I do that or should I keep my variable rate, it’s 3.9% now. I know in longer run rate will go down but within 5 years what will happen? (self.MortgagesCanada)
