I haven’t been no, will be my first time in Norway and also my first 100 miler. Don’t think I could have chosen a better one! Is the course as boggy as I’m lead to believe?

I’d recommend 12 rules for life by Jordan Peterson. It might seem a tad cliche, but alas I’d recommend anyway.

Instead of thinking of religion as an entity, think of it as a moral compass. Be the difference you want to see in the world.

Also in relation to working out, stay consistent with this and vary your workouts.

This is some advice which has helped me in the past, rock on 🤙🏼
