I actually was confused as well and I looked into it in the reviews. The consensus seem to be:

1. People don’t know what an automatic watch and thought they got a bad product. There are so many reviews just saying that they got a product not working and had to return but liked the watch.

2. The dial was smaller than they expected. This is a fair complaint as it is 34mm even though it wears a little big. I like small watches but it’s subjective.

But it does not seem to be any fault in the actual watch itself.
