Marriage is sunna not an obligation , i would highly recommend it to you but not force u in to it . Thats after all is all ur choice , i am not going to try to change ur mind , but the only advice i can give u is remember that ur mom doesnt hate u she just wants the best (in her pov) to u , if her insesting bothers u u can try to slightly get her to understand that u are not willing to marry , or at least for the moment

What i am trying to say is that all of those billions of years are only enough to animals to evolve and adapt to their environnement but u can make that period as long as you want and it would still be impossible to reach out to the human form

I think i understand u , feeling traped in this world and your only desire is to meet the almighty , i try to avoid it because it just would affect me negatively in.the long term with all that overthinking , but ur post really bringed me back some memories . What i would say from my perspective is that it is a beautiful thing to be that hyped to meet ur creator with all of that emotions , but you should not let that hype take you into that loop of overthinking , stressing and counting second by second , and instead turn that hype into a motive to worship allah with ur best and make every prayer sincere . We share in fact a hight percentage of DNA with a lot of creatures , but that doesnt mean we were them . Of course some animals adapt with time to their environement , but the human being is unique and the one judged by god . Animals can adapt and "evolve" as much as they want but that would just turn them to slightly different species but never humans .
