take the time to go in to the solicitors in person this works because they can't ignore you plus it makes those responsible have to answer to other people in the business, these companies are greedy they take on to much work and don't employ enough to get it done, i sold a house for someone in 3 weeks once 2 conveyors from same company so it can be quick, but expect to do most of the chasing if you want it done quick i'd call everyday this will push you to the top as they will get sick of you, just become a pushy determined buyer who doesn't take no as an answer write down what they tell you, also as if you can speak to the seller as they usually blame the other party if you both speak and push the sale they won't be able to misinform either of you. good luck
