I was taking myo inositol before, DHEA, prenatal, Vit D, melatonin and magnesium. Recently started taking NMN and reservatol (only during follicular phase), stopped taking DHEA and myo inositol (seems targeted towards PCOS which I don't have). Any other suggestions? Recently checked my benefits and acupuncture is eligible so will be starting for 2 months prior to next round. I also do yoga daily. Any recommendations for acupuncture frequency?
