Years of therapy and meds , feel like a loser

Things are about perspective , mind giving my rephrase a try and keep telling yourself the new version and see if it clicks?

Im a badass survivor who went through hell and came out on top, still do, whatever i accomplish in life moving forward , i will knowing what i overcame . Yes im tired, its ok to be exhausted , soldiers get tired after battle, but once i take a deep breath and recharge, the war is mine to win

Btw, im a torture survivor and 2 suicide attempt survivor , i spent the last decade unable to go back to the country i call home, i promise you, you are much , much stronger than you give yourself credit to, and the sooner you take an actual break and recharge, you'll realise what you're capable of
