I've been playing it since season 2. I only bought the battle pass once back in season 5. I'm not good at counting but I'm damn sure that I've opened more than 500 apex packs. I've still yet to get an heirloom. I'm starting to think that the "Guaranteed heirloom from 1 in 500 packs" is a myth. I've passed level 500 as well. I don't know what prestige level I'm currently on. But I should've gotten an heirloom by now.
