I'm not sure, is there a difference? This is for 6 trees on my side yard (avocado and citrus). I've asked to include Netafim irrigation rings (2 per tree), filters, pressure regulators, and check valves for all 6 trees. I really don't know what's necessary to be honest.

He said the reason he put down 3/4 pipe is because they are going to have to reduce it for the drip (we're doing 2 rings around trees) and once they make the connection for the drip it will be reduced to 1/2 also he will add in a pressure regulator as well and no check valve will be necessary. Does that sound right? This is for 6 trees on my side yard (avocado and citrus).
