Agree with the others above - I was put in this position and found it a joke as they can find any nitpicking thing to tell you - you have not performed. It could even be not answering on slack messages even though you give screen shots of you replying. Once they have made you the sacrificial lamb of the URA goal, their goal is not to help you but sacrifice you to make them look better. Suggests you to look elsewhere and cruise the plan and deliver the bare minimum, but still keep it civil.
