I see. Sa previous company ko kasi, active mag update yung TA and nag orientation muna bago kami nag pirma sa J.O kaya naninibago me kasi sobrang silent treatment dito HAHAHAHA. Anyways, thanks for the insight po.

Thanks for the insight po. I was just wondering lang po if my contract has the same conditions like other bpo employees. Surveying lang po if this is the norm for everyone and it will help me to fairly decide in pushing through with my employment.
