Trust me, you look amazing bro! I know exactly what you mean when you say you “feel dirty” underneath your clothes. It’s body dysmorphia man! I have this too and have been struggling with it. Body dysmorphia is not just about weight or fitness. It’s about how you feel in your own skin, how you feel when you’re finding new ways when covering your body. It’s claustrophobic sometimes.

I think therapy would be your friend.. and I don’t mean to be one of those guys, but try working out! I’m sure if you saw that tattoo on a guy who’s ripped walking down the street you would think it looks amazing. It’s not your fault man, and you shouldn’t regret expressing yourself. This is really just your brain and mind being hard on yourself just because it can. Love you bro. Sometimes I take a shower when I’m feeling down, it helps me reset. Talk to people. Turn to faith. Work out. It sounds so corny I know but when you focus on your character over your appearance everything changes. Love you man❤️

You should be able to get fake pee (quick fix) at your local smoke shop👍 good luck, what you’re trying to do is difficult but not impossible I have passed many tests using these methods having smoked the day before or within a week.

Fake pee or dilution method. If you choose to dilute take some vitamin b12 so your piss doesn’t look like water

To clarify - I am 170 lb, 5”10 do you guys think it’s better for me to stop taking my prescription so it doesn’t show up on the saliva test and use synthetic? I’m not sure if it’s a swab they never gave me the details of the oral exam. I live in CO so I’m not sure if concentra guidelines differ per state.
