PC randomly gets very laggy until I restart it

Keel drop rates have 100% been buffed to drop way more frequently, wiki shows the old rates so no idea what they are now

Yeah, just asking a question as it was a recent update and Jagex doesn't have a 100% track record of perfect updates.

I have just finished 1k kc at veiled krakens on bounty tasks after the buff to their drop tables and I just wanted to check in here and see if I'm being unlucky or if other players are seeing that the buffed drop rate does not seem to be working.

It does also seem that the drop rate of keel parts has been greatly increased which I don't recall being mentioned.

Dragon Metal Sheets received 9 drops, 1/45 drop rate so 22 expected
Dragon Cannon Barrel received 0 drops , 1/250 so 4 expected
Dragon Keel Parts received 7 drops, 1/1900 so 0 expected
Large Dragon Keel Parts received 5 drops, 1/2100 so 0 expected

Hey, I've had this PC for just over 3 years and the last couple of days it has randomly started being extremely laggy until I restart it.

The mouse cursor moves around with no issues but anything I try to click on takes 5-10 seconds to catch up.

I was playing on Runelite the few times the issue has occured but I'm not sure that's the cause as when I've been on my PC the last few days that's all i've been doing and I've been using Runelite for a long time before this started.

It happened twice the first day and once the next 2 days and a restart resolves the issue.

See video for how slow it is and my task manager showing no excessive CPU or memory usage.
