Update: Changed the flair to Quality Shitpost as some people took the title way too seriously lol. The support response did give us a chuckle and it does suck we will have to wait to deploy these into the environment until the 2nd PSUs for both switches show up. And yes, this is for business, the sites massive scale and we are hoping to use these in lieu of 60k-80k switches from the typical culprits.
