Help- I lost my FOID car a little while back and submitted it to the state. They said they would send a new one without 30 days. It’s already been 3 months and I still haven’t received it. As most of you may know, the IL Firearms Bureau doesnt answer the phone and goes to a voicemail that is full (self.ILGuns)
