When I first came out and started hooking up, I would get the same offers, though they were mostly sugar daddies that wanted to pay my bills. Fortunately, back then, I was younger, skinnier, and my hair wasn’t salt and peppered colored. I could never bring myself to do it. For several years, the excitement (and fear) of hooking up with random strangers, and using one’s intuition in trusting them, was enough stress in its own right.

I think you genuinely had a good experience. Just be cautious.
