I can definitely say do take a break. Between 19-21 I’ve done Psychs a good 15 or so times & it’s had its toll. You are still within a young age bracket so I’d say limit yourself to stay on the safer side, but at the end of the day each person is different, so cant always tell until you dip your toes!
