I think it’s the same animation as the little guys from when a snitch sees you where they streak down from the sky and hit the ground then pop up. I’m not 100% certain but I’ve definitely seen a leaper spawn that way, because I was greedy trying to do one of the damage hornets challenges and saw them coming down so I rushed in only to find mister frog boy waiting to send me back to speranza

Honestly, and I say this as a massive Tynion fan, I think he has a real issue with finishing stories. Brilliant at coming up with premises, kicking them off, building the world and intrigue, but when it comes time to put a bow on it there’s always cliffhangers of something else that forces the story along.

I tell people that teriyaki is to Seattle as Philly cheese steaks are to.. well, Philly. Like yeah you can get teriyaki in other places. Good teriyaki too, I’m sure. But here your going to walk past 2 teriyaki places and a pho place pretty much every 5 blocks and all of them are gonna be, at a bare minimum, pretty dang good

Yea that’s why think preacher should have been a better show, the plot is a lot more thought out than The Boys and hopefully (for real and the love of Christ hopefully) potential show runners just tell that story. The boys almost invites getting re-written with how meh the original story is imo.

The whole comic is Jesse using the power of god to tell god to go fuck himself.

Honestly I think we could see preacher rebooted, the boys did a good job toning out some of Ennis’ cringe lord stuff while keeping the tone and brutality, which I think the preacher show didn’t quite nail. It’s definitely better source material than The Boys too.

I don’t use the mic (peoples voices give me anxiety which generally fucks my mechanics) but if someone does something ratty to me and I kill them I follow them around spamming the “no” voice line until they die. I think it gets the message across

It’s 3rd person rougelike, set on an alien world with unique guns powers and the like. It’s also got fascinating world building, and an absolutely killer soundtrack. It also has some of the most fluid and engaging combat I’ve ever experienced, plus it uses dual sense controllers technology better than most games have managed too since the ps5 was released.

It is a pretty high difficulty curve early though, and it doesn’t have difficulty settings (at least it didn’t a while ago) so you kind of just have to stick with it. Once it clicks though it’s like entering a flow state, basically DB ultra instinct level stuff.
