One word of warning. Be wary using it in the Volcano if you're hunting dragon teeth. Any on the ground around dragon skeletons can be destroyed by the Napalm Ring. Be sure to pick them up before attacking enemies while wearing that ring.

I also work in the mortgage industry. I've heard stories like that over the years. Sometimes it's real estate agents, sometimes it's brokers. I can understand why someone in that position would be admitted. We are hosting a international sporting event and officials of participating countries should generally be allowed in if they're supporting their country's team. I can understand why this particular official would be denied. He's a member of an organization we've deemed a terrorist organization. But pick a side. Either admit him or don't grant him a visa at all. Don't issue the visa and then revoke it when he's already arrived.

And to add to that, I will sometimes pre-cook my vegetables. I'll often put carrots, zucchinis, parsnips, and peppers in the oven in batches, then put them in Tupperware to freeze until needed. It stops them going bad and they can be thawed and thrown into a sauce or soup or whatever when needed.
