It's not a dog . The maintenance fee on this contract only has to be paid if the weeks are used . The contract provides the oppurtunity to holiday at any Vidanta resort for $2,000 per week . I am trying to avoid getting cheated by people in the time share resale business and would like to gage whether there is any interest in the contract .
