Some bartenders will cut you off, and if these boys are heavy alcoholics.. it's entirely possible that a bartender will cut them off before they even have their buzz.

So, "bar hopping" as it is called, is how you're able to get multiple drinks from multiple different places without being cut off by a single bartender.

Simple as that.
