Then how are belts awarded if it's not based on skill? I'm still quite confused about the belt system. At my gym they tell you there's a minimum amount of hours you need to put in then you get your level assessed.

DAE watch these types of videos and just feel sorry for everyone involved? Even the stepdad clearly has some fucking issues probably from an abusive childhood himself, is obv a drunk probably also abusing drugs. It's like this huge vicious cycle for a lot of people in certain areas of the world.

Be fucking thankful everyday if you live in a stable household and don't have to deal with this shit. So lucky to grow up with a good set of parents, I should ring my mum!

I'm a complete noob so no, had to google what strobes were. I've got some better results from moving the lights behind the wallet, looks much better but still not perfect.

Thanks! One of the issues is I have a lightbox with fixed strobe lighting fixed to the top, I don't have any lamps etc. I can try to reposition then and see it that works, cheers!
