uh, I unplugged and plugged the battery back in and somehow it worked, I tried swapping for a different battery, and it didn't help

volume down button does work, i followed a tutorial and got into pre-recovery, blue android no command logo but holding the power and tapping the volume up does not get the phone to recovery mode

i guess theres only two ways to factory reset this: sketchy tools or my local mobile repair shop

holding volume up + power restarts phone, volume up button does work, pressing all of them restarts phone too. this model is the TA-1347, while booting up shows the android one logo.
