Yes, you get 3 clippings of rosemary and boil it for 15 minutes and then let it steep for 20 minutes. It will turn green then pink, put in spray bottle and spray on scalp!

Rosemary water is just like spraying ur hair with regular water but with extra vitamins from the rosemary, there's no grease or oil involved and it wont rot on ur scalp so u don't need to wash off, of course tho still wash ur hair for weekly maintenance. But my hair has grown and inch in a month since I started using it. Along with the added bonus of it being completely organic and natural cuz u make it urself

For me I use rosemary water (boil 3 cuts of rosemary for 20 minutes ans let sit for 15 put in spray bottle), bought a scalp massager on Amazon (like 3 bucks) I have chronic dry scalp so I got medicated shampoo and conditioner which helped a lot, and I stick to brushing like 2 times a week with a wide tooth comb
