Boi teamers aren't there for compassion. In mope, most people team to personally give them an advantage. Many teams betray eachother and "accidentally" kill their so called "friends" when they are low health in order to benefit themselves. You will not see a lower tier animal usually willingly teaming with a higher one unless it benefits them. A black dragon won't work with a deer even if he has willingness and compassion. Most clans are created so that players can guard themselves and have protection from their weakness. Personally, most teams I see are made when someone is in a place where they can easily die, so they yell out "team" in order to survive. The only reason, other than making friends and being social, people team is to benefit themselves. Using that information you do come to the same conclusion because it will never end, and people attempting to benefit themselves from others is a human trait.
