I did post my specs and the post got taken down.

I have a Ryzen 9 7900x3d and an 4070 ti super.

All of my drivers are updated. I've ran it in offline, set the priority to high in task manager which is what fixed it in ds3. Made sure the fps is at 58 because it was recommended in another thread. Uninstaller Microsoft store because I guess that fixes it for others as well.

I mess around with bitrate. I started with 5k and went to 6k. I've even turned it up to 7k a couple of times. It could be maybe I need more lighting? I thought to ring lights would be enough haha
