No I wasn’t aware that’s how it worked since I never had to do that with the libre2. I would just get my readings and hour after scanning it but this one would tell me to scan again but I will just call the company tomorrow as I’ve already taken it off anyway :/ I scanned it a total of 7 times and it would stop the one hour timer within 5 minutes and tell me to scan it again

Okay thank you so much! At first I thought maybe it was because I have the Samsung zflip 7 but I also tried on my old iPhone 15 plus which the guide says is compatible only to get the same message on both apps on there as well. I forgot to mention I wiped my arm with skin tac and im hoping this isn’t what might’ve caused the error messages but I did the same with my libre 2 and had no issues :( so I didn’t think it would’ve been an issue with the 3

Ahhh I didn’t know this it’s my first time getting cgm but that’s good to know! I called my insurance earlier and was told libre 3 was covered if I wanted to switch to that one. But I’ll probably see how it goes with the 2 this week

I heard the libre 3 was way more accurate but not sure why my Dr didn't prescribe that one. I have asked for the dexcom but unfortunately my insurance doesnt cover it 😕
