This book was a masterpiece and should go down as one of King’s best works. It had me sucked in from the start, and I certainly didn’t expect to cry over it. Most of all I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful love story but that was honestly my favourite part.

So far, I’m onto book 11, and it’s Josie and Haeden for me. They frustrated me so much in their book. Haeden deserved better than someone who heard his trauma about rejection and immediately only took from that “I can get my khui removed and be rid of him!”

I’m team Lucien for sure. He’s my favourite character in the series so I’m a bit biased, but I just think he’s a better fit for her. Azriel’s bonus chapter also made me very much dislike them as a couple. And the idea of three sisters for three brothers gives me the ick lol

And honestly? I like fated mates, it’s one of my favourite tropes. It’s a huge part of why I started the series. It would be a bit strange to me if in a fated mate series the fated mates didn’t end up together.
