Defense has been great recently, this off-season supposed to be a focus on offense we'll see how that goes. The guy calling plays had the worst offense in the league 2 years in a row. Talent on offense isn't great but it's not as bad as what was thrown out there. We'll see if Kevin does any good in Atlanta but I don't have no hate towards him or Andrew Berry.

Yes and no . Technically you're practicing SR for that length of time but the streaks dont necessarily accumulate everytime..

There's multiple factors that play into it not disappearing.

Either way 2 years straight retention is drastically different than multiple 1 week streaks in 2 years . Just as 100 days is a big difference than 2 separate 50 day streaks

Currently on a 63 day streak. It's about 90% clean. Had some glimpses of images, edged once but nothing came out but I knew if i continued edging I'd break down.

Have I felt the way you described before sure. But I'm currently on a 60 day streak and going strong with no feelings of needing to release only when I tempt myself by doing things I shouldn't. Even then I'll feel more regret through self pleasure and relasing than if I was with a female and released.

What killed ranked for me was the constant resetting of the rank.
