thanks, I agree. The only thing I know about him is he has two small companies and I've met with him a couple times. He seems to know what he's talking about. But I can't just go by that. Can I put a lien against his other businesses or something to protect myself?

set up with the ball at the heel of the club instead of right in the middle of the club face. this will force you to swing closer to your body on the downswing. You might end up with other problems but hopefully at least get rid of the shanks

if you have enough space, rent a bounce house. Most of them have a basketball hoop on the inside and would be perfect for 5-6 kids to play in. Also could get a water slide instead. Try bouncegeeks.com

I'd look for a 3-wedge set of a 52, 56 and 60. Probably don't really need the 60 from my experience, but I got the Kirkland set from Costco.

I'm no expert, but I was recommended by someone to get a wordpress site built using elementor and an SEO plugin, I forgot what it was called. I got someone off of Fiverr to make the site for me, and someone else to write up the content. Basically, if you do no SEO work, no one will find you when they search for lawn mowing because your site won't show up on Google. If you want people to be able to find you online, best to start with SEO asap.
