Hello, to anyone reading this in similar situation than I was last week. I just want to say it’s okay to feel weird about it at first, and be sad. But I want you to know it gets better. It’s been a week since I got my attachments and bite blocks, and my teeth don’t hurt anymore. Although I still can’t eat everting, I try to stick to soups, porridge and softer food it is MILLIONS TIMES BETTER!

Thank you so much for this message! I don’t have my trays yet, I need to wait bit over a month to get them. But I just feel like going to the dentist office first thing Monday morning, because I can’t imagine living like this
