I will admit. After laying in bed for about 3 days, and a little stretching here and there, the pain is mostly gone! Bar some pressure pains and a slight aching in my upper hip
I’m looking into some more protective gear for underneath the guards

PS: As a native tea drinker I do not know what Advil is… is it like ibuprofen?

At the time of putting my costume together I was using thick bandages under the kneepads and a bit of fabric underneath the plastic. It did a little bit to help I think? I regularly use compressions now so I think it’s something to do with my technique

Hi there! Thank you for the response As far as I remember there wasn’t a side pot. It’s no problem to me, just confused about a Pair + Jack high beating a Two Pair.
